ARE YOU OPEN ON WEEKENDS?

Yes, we are open on Saturdays but closed on Sundays.

Monday - Fridays: 9AM - 6PM

Saturday: 9AM - 3PM

Sunday: Closed

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY FLOWERS?

For fresh bouquets: Undone the wrapping papers and ribbons, place bouquet in a clean vase with fresh water filled halfway. Replenish water every other day and trim stems to prolong the freshness of flowers

For flowers in box: These arrangements come with a sponge in the bottom, all is required to maintain the life of box arrangements is to tip small amounts of water in the middle of the box every other day

Dried flowers: These are everlastings if you take good care of them! They live best indoors, avoid direct sunlight and wind to ensure it keeps it's shape

House plants: Ways of taking care of house plants can vary depending on the type of plant you get. Speak with one of our staff to ensure you know how to take good care of your new best friend!

CAN YOU CUSTOMISE OR RECREATE FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS?

We certainly can! If you have a particular arrangement that you would like us to recreate, please message us directly through the 'Contact Us' section of this website.

You can also request specific types of flowers when ordering, we are also happy to work with your budget to satisfy your needs.

DO YOU DELIVER ON SUNDAYS?

Yes we do, however with an extra cost to cover for our courier drivers. Please ensure you contact us in advance to organise Sunday deliveries.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERIES?

Yes we do! It would obviously be best if you could place your order in advanced however, we are also aware of special circumstances at times and therefore would gladly organise same day deliveries for you if we are able to.

Please place an order before 3pm for same day deliveries on weekdays and before 1pm for weekends.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy floral holiday season, we suggest you place your order as early as possible for special dates including Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Australia Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, ANZAC Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
